Gather once again for a dose of inspiration and connection, at Hermitage Rd Coffee & Bagel Bar (Liberica private meeting room at the back)

This time around we are introducing our new name for the group and a new format for this particular session. First things first the new name… “CLUB IRL” because at the very centre of why we set up this group is to meet people and make connections face to face (In Real Life) in our local community. We live increasingly in on online worlds, often walking straight past people whilst dashing for the train, or distracted on our phones whilst waiting for our coffee order. We want to create time and space for people locally to make meaningful connections. Jess Butcher touched on this in her sharing session and we have decided to take that theme and run with it.

We will continue to run sharing sessions with members talking about their stories, more science based ones with experts in their field coming to share their wisdom (like the most recent one with Dr. Simon Mackmin) and also puzzle sessions where we come together as a group to help each other find solutions and leverage the incredible breath of experience between us.

This first puzzle session will be lead by our very own Scott “the boom” Morrison on Friday 22nd November (9:30 - 11)

Scott is going to share some of the techniques he uses with Board teams to power us up to reframe and rethink a challenge or puzzle we are stuck with - and, the power of this group will further unlock solutions for you by drawing on their huge experience and thinking.

Getting people together who can collectively bring value to each other is our continued ambition. If there are people in your network who you think would do just that, please let us know and we can invite them to our meetups.
